Amendment #2

This amendment refers to the use of weapons. There are two aspects: on the one hand, many citizens think that they are given the right to own firearms; on the other hand, others believe that it only gives each state the right to have a militia.

Second Amendment

I chose this caricature because it sarcastically relates the use of weapons to the current situation where there have been so many cases of mass destruction. Take for example the time of the 50 where it denied the damages that caused the use of the cigarette.

Supreme Court Second Amendment Case Could Overrule Heller Decision in 2017

This picture shows people asking for follow the 2nd amendment which state that they can own a gun. The article "Supreme Court Second Amendment Case..." is about a man named Clifford Tyler, he want to buy a handgun to keep his home safe but because he was in a mental institution he cannot have one. He went to the court to assert his Second Amendment.
